Grey Heron


The Grey Heron (Scientific name: Ardea cinerea) is a long-legged predatory wading bird of the heron family, Ardeidae, native throughout temperate Europe and Asia and also parts of Africa. They are large birds that eat lots of fish, but also small birds and mammals. You can see them by any river or lake. Clicked at Bhigwan in Jan/2018.
