The Black Drongo (Scientific name: Dicrurus macrocercus) is also known as King Crow. It feeds on insects and is common in open agricultural areas, light forest throughout its range, perching conspicuously on a bare perch or along power or telephone lines. We call this Bhimaraja. The male has tufts on its tail, like as if they are holding a pen with a bob on top.
I think you are referring to Racket-tailed Drongos.
