Jungle Owlet
This Jungle Owlet seems to be ‘katti’ with me for not having photographed it earlier. Jokes apart, I found this one when I heard the birds creating a ruckus outside. The tiny Sunbirds had ganged up, joined by a White-cheeked Barbet too, and were trying to evict this cutie-pie from the moringa tree. This was the first time I was seeing it too. I could just about click a couple of shots when it flew away accompanied by the jingbang of chasers, joined by a couple of crows. Clicked at Trivandrum in Sept/2013.
